Who we serve and what we do

We work for East Valley homeowners who want a floor that holds up, and for businesses that need a floor that performs. Residential garages across Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Tempe are the core of what we do. Commercial work — warehouses, restaurant kitchens, automotive shops, retail spaces — rounds it out.

Slab conditions vary across the East Valley — a new slab in Eastmark behaves nothing like 1960s concrete in central Tempe. Both can be coated right; they just need different prep, and that's where the work either lasts or peels.

Our product standard

We install 100% solids epoxy at ≥10 mil dry film thickness. We use UV-stable aliphatic topcoats — polyaspartic or aliphatic polyurethane — on every job. We diamond grind to CSP 2–3 on every job. These aren't optional upgrades; they're how the system works. Cutting any of those corners produces a floor that fails prematurely in Arizona conditions.

We will not install water-based epoxy at 30–45% solids. We will not acid etch instead of grind. We will not use an aromatic topcoat that yellows in Phoenix sun. If that's what a customer is shopping for, we're not the right contractor.

Hiring an epoxy contractor in Arizona

Before you hire anyone to coat your floor, ask for their Arizona ROC license number and proof of general liability insurance, then verify the license for free at roc.az.gov. It takes two minutes and it's the single best way to avoid a bad install. We'll walk you through exactly what to check at your estimate.

How we work

Every project starts with a free in-home assessment — we look at your slab, walk through the system options, and give you a written quote on the spot. From there the work is done to the standard above: proper grind, 100% solids product, UV-stable topcoat. No bait-and-switch pricing, no cutting prep to hit a number.
