What sets our systems apart
Every floor coating contractor in the East Valley claims to do epoxy. The difference is in the spec. Most budget installs use water-based or solvent-based epoxy at 30–45% solids — meaning 55–70% of what goes on the floor evaporates during cure, leaving you with a thin film that peels under Arizona heat.
We install 100% solids epoxy. Every ounce you put down stays down. Our base coats dry at ≥10 mil thickness before the decorative chip layer and topcoat. That's 5–8x the film thickness of a typical big-box DIY kit.
Surface prep is not negotiable. We diamond grind to CSP 2–3 on every job — not acid etch, not pressure wash. We test moisture vapor emission before coating. We fill cracks with semi-rigid polyurea filler that moves with the slab through Arizona's 60°F daily temperature swings.
